Izba Rozliczeniowa Giełd Towarowych S.A. (“IRGiT”) has amended the Attachment 2 to the Detailed Clearing and Settlement Rules of the Exchange Clearing House (“DCSR ECH”) - Invoice issue schedule, which consists in changing the date of issuing the invoices, appearing on the transaction invoices for the Property Rights Market and the Gas Intra-Day Market, to the day the transaction is entered into, i.e. the delivery day.
The above amendments will come into effect on 10th August 2023.
