On 22 May 2025, the Supervisory Board of IRGiT appointed Tomasz Wieczorek to the Company’s Management Board, entrusting him with the role of Vice-President of the Management Board, effective from 1 July 2025.

As of 1 July 2025, the Management Board of IRGiT will consist of: Łukasz Goliszewski – President of the Management Board, and Tomasz Wieczorek – Vice-President of the Management Board.

Tomasz Wieczorek has been associated with IRGiT for over a decade. Since 2019, he has headed the Risk Management Department, where he was responsible for policies related to market, credit, and liquidity risk, as well as the company’s investment policy. He also served as the Company’s Proxy and Chairman of the Risk Committee, cooperating closely with market participants, the regulator, and institutional partners.

He represented IRGiT in international working groups of EACH and CCP12, contributing to the dialogue on best practices and regulations in the field of clearing houses. He also led numerous projects, including strategic initiatives focused on the operational and technological development of the Company.

He holds a degree in Computer Science and Econometrics from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in risk management in financial institutions at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He is also a graduate of the Executive Management Program at the ICAN Institute.
