We would like to inform you that IRGiT Management Board has decided to change the fees specified in the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of the Clearing and Settlement House (“Regulations of CSH”).
From January 1st, 2026 to March 31st, 2026 the following changes shall be applicable:
- the charge calculated on the funds of House Members maintained in the clearing guarantee system as specified in p. 1.1, section V of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH is waived;
- the charge calculated on the contributed non-cash collaterals other than bank guarantees, as specified in p. 1.2, section V of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH is waived;
- the fee for registering non-cash collateral in the collateral register (on each type of the contributed collaterals) as specified in p. 2, section V of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH is waived;
- the monthly fee for managing the collaterals contributed in the form of bank guarantees as specified in p. 3, section V of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH is waived.
From January 1st, 2026 to December 31st, 2026 the following changes shall be applicable:
- the annual fee for IRGiT membership, as specified in p. 1, section I of the Fee and Charge Table of CSH is reduced to PLN 100;
- the charge for the registering and clearing of transactions on emission allowances, as specified in p. 2.2, section II of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH, is reduced to PLN 0.003 per 1 allowance;
- the charge for the settling of transactions on emission allowances, as specified in p. 3.2, section II of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH, is reduced to PLN 0.003 per 1 allowance;
- the annual fee for access to the clearing system (applies to every established access beyond three) as specified in p. 1, section III of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH is waived;
- the fee for generating and sending the new password to the already established access to the clearing system or the archival database at a House Member’s request as specified in p. 3, section III of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH is waived;
- the annual fee for opening and maintaining a recording account (Trading Account) for a customer or a represented trading venue member at a House Member’s request, as specified in p. 1, section IV of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH, is reduced to PLN 100;
- the annual fee for opening and maintaining a Clearing Account for a customer or a trading venue member at a House Member’s request, as specified in p. 2, section IV of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH, is reduced to PLN 100;
- the charge for causing the limiting direct payments for financial settlement as specified in p. 2, section VI of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH is waived;
- the fee for handling accounting documents outside the self-invoicing system as specified in p. 6, section VI of the Fee and Charge Table of the Regulations of CSH is waived.
