Announcement concerning suspension of the settlement arising from actualization of collateral margins

Dear Sirs,

We inform that in connection with the limitation imposed by National Bank of Poland , concerning  access  to SORBNET2 system (the system being used during the process of cash settlement conducted by Clearing House)  on the days of December 24 2015

and December 31 2015, the Management Board of IRGiT made a decision to suspend settlement arising from actualization of collateral margins on the days mentioned.

Changes in the Settlement Schedule:

1. Payment orders from batch of orders 3 and 4 will not be executed on 24.12.2015 and 31.12.2015;
2. On the days of 24.12.2015 and 31.12.2015 IRGiT (Commodity Clearing House) will not proceed with your payment orders concerning your funds banked on your transaction margin account.

The actualization of collateral margins will proceed on the days of 28.12.2015 and 04.01.2016 in a standard way.
