Amendments to IRGiT’s regulations – amendment to the Detailed Clearing and Settlement Rules of the Exchange Clearing House

As of 31 December 2020, Izba Rozliczeniowa Giełd Towarowych S.A. (“IRGiT”) amended version of the Detailed Clearing and Settlement Rules of the Exchange Clearing House will come into force. The amendments concern the rules of keeping of cash collateral posted for the purpose of margins.
