How to became member
To become the Exchange Settlement House Member one should submit its application for concluding the membership agreement as well as the following documents:
1) the copy of the partnership statute, the partnership contract of another act specifying the applicant`s organization as well as a valid excerpt from the relevant register,
2) the copy of relevant permission - the term "relevant permission" should be understood in following manner:
· in case when the applicant is a Brokerage House or a bank conducting brokerage activities - the permission for brokerage activities issued on the grounds of relevant regulations,
· in case when the applicant is a commodity brokerage house or a foreign legal entity, mentioned in Article 50 paragraph 1 of the Act - the permission for brokerage activities issued on the grounds of the Act,
· in case when the applicant is a power company - the license for generation, transmission, distribution or trade of electricity - if the activities conducted by given entity require obtaining of such license in accordance with the regulations specified in the Power Law Act - as well as declaration of the applicant Managing Board confirming closing of a contract for performing transmissions services as well as including information about recording and configuring data of the applicant`s participation on the Balancing Market, run by the Transmission System Operator
3) the signature card of the persons authorized to represent the applicant,
4) the signature card of persons, authorized to make (to the House) and receive (from the House) declarations, which are not the declarations of will,
5) the information sheet, including list of persons involved into servicing of the exchange commodities trading process, along with specification of their posts as well as phone- and fax numbers and e-mail addresses,
6) the power of attorney granted for the WCCH for closing of Positions of the exchange commodities in cases stipulated in the Regulations,
7) the declaration concerning specification of the bank account, kept in the Clearing Bank, the liabilities and receivables (resulted from the House membership) shall be managed through or concerning specification of the Payer Bank.
