Membership

All subjects which are PolPX members should be members of the WCCH (IRGiT). If the exchange member doesn't want to be a member of the WCCH, then will have to use services of such a clearing member of WCCH which will agree to represent the given exchange member at the WCCH and to carry the full liability for regulating all obligations to the WCCH in time and of other members of the WCCH arising out of transactions concluded by the represented exchange member in exchange goods. In addition other electricity enterprises cannot be a representative from the legal validity of the act. Exchange members meeting the conditions described in WCCH rules can become clearing members of the WCCH. According to these conditions the electricity enerprises will be able to be an clearing member of the clearing house in accounting for concluded transactions to the personal account if:

• the equity capital is no less than 3.2 million zloty.,
• he is holding the concession for the production, sending, distribution or the trading in the electric energy,
• is holding the Polish Financial Supervision Authority concession to keep accounts or registers of exchange goods.
