Ireneusz Łazor - the President of the Warsaw Commodity Clearing House Joint Stock
Company.
Graduate of Cracow University of Technology. He has also the certificates of the
Postgraduate Studies in Banking and Finances, the Postgraduate Studies in
Management ( the University of Warsaw), the Postgraduate Manager Studium (The
Warsaw School of Economics) as well as the Financial Directors Studium in the
International Foundation of Capital Market Development and Ownership
Transformations.
During the years of 1992 - 1999 he held the office of the Quotation Department
Manager of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since the year of 1999 till the year of
2011 he performed function of the Vice-president of the Polish Power Exchange
Joint Stock Company.
The most important professional achievements:
Coordination of the process of preparation of distribution of the Mass
Privatization Program Certificates as well as execution of underwriting process
of public company shares (the first time in Poland). Supervision over preparation
of the of continuous trading system for the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as
supervision over start of the exchange forward market as well as the Polish
Power Exchange. Organization of the renewable energy market as well as
participation in the process of establishing of the Warsaw Commodity Clearing
House.

Dariusz Bliźniak- Vice President of the Management Board

Dariusz Bliźniak - the Vice-president of the Management Board of the Warsaw Commodity
Clearing House Joint Stock Company. Graduate of Faculty of Law and
Administration of the University of Warsaw. He has also the certificate of the
Postgraduate Project Management Studium with use of Prince 2 methodology as
well as postgraduate studies within the scope of public procurement issues.
Since the year of 1995 he has been the member of corporative bodies of
commercial law companies from within the area of power generation and commodity
exchanges as well as of institutions acting for the benefit of development of
the commodity exchange market. Since the year of 2008 till the year of 2011 he
performed function of the Vice-president of the Polish Power Exchange
Management Board.
Co-author of the following manuals:: "Giełda Towarowa" [The Commodity Exchange] (1997 and 1998) as well as "Towarowe rynki
terminowe" [The Commodity Forward Markets]
(1997); he is also the author of manuals within the scope of the European funds
management.
