The clearing price for the PEAK7_M_02-12 contract
In connection with significant deviation of the clearing price for PEAK7_M-02-12 (change by 32,49%) in relation to the price fixed on the grounds of submitted purchase and sale orders the Company Management Board decides to assume the clearing price of the day 04.01.2012 as the price for conducting of clearings for of the contracts mentioned above on the day of 05.01.2012.
